DOMINIQUE DE-LIGHT is a published writer, working in the industry for the last ten years. She is a qualified adult education teacher and LAPIDUS mentor. She was writer in residence at the First Base Day Centre, a place of safety for homeless and vulnerable adults in Brighton from 2003-2008 where she established the First Base Arts Project. SIMON POWELL developed Vision Impossible Arts, an East London based arts project for homeless and ex homeless artists.  One of several Thames Reach services, under his management it became an award winning arts project, exhibitng works with the V&A and at the ODPM (Office of the Deputy Prime Minister).  Simon also produces The Small Festival, a cultural arts event for non-professionals (now in it's 7th year) and is a published cartoonist and film-maker.

ALISON LAPPER is a British artist, born in 1965 without arms and shortened legs, the result of a medical condition called phocomelia. Her work uses a variety of media including painting, photography, digital imaging and installation to explore her subject, which is often herself and the ways in which she is viewed by others. MARC STEENE is Head Of Learning at Pallant House, Chichester - Gallery Of The Year in 2007 - where he is developing Outside In, currently a regional competition for marginalised artists with plans to make it nationwide within five years. Marc is very drawn to Outsider Art and his professed interest has prompted Outsider artists and collectors to value his contribution. ALAN MORRISON is a published poet. Poet-in-Residence at Mill View Psychiatric Hospital, Hove and Co-ordinator of the St Dunstan's Writers Forum in Brighton. Editor of the Poetry Express, journal of Survivors’ Poetry, a literary mental health charity between 2004-06. Co-ordinated Survivors' Poetry National Mentoring Scheme and designed a series of solo books and pamphlets for Survivors’ Press. Chief Designer of Waterloo Press Poetry publishers. ALISON DIGANCE is a senior arts administrator with over 15 years experience including being Head of Operations at the Whitechapel Art Gallery. She has worked for a wide variety of visual and performing arts charities including: the Royal National Theatre, Graeae Theatre Company, Core Arts, Quicksilver Theatre and is currently the Deputy Director of Project Art Works, Hastings.

JENNI LEWIN-TURNER is the founding director of urbanflo productions. She is a highly experienced project manager and creative consultant, specialising in producing, programming and promoting artists of all disciplines. Jenni has a passionate and extensive history in arts management, arts marketing, audience development, and theatre/venue management. Jenni also has considerable research and consultation experience and holds a postgraduate diploma in Cultural Leadership and an MA in Professional Development Cultural Leadership.

EMMA JACQUEST is the regional manager of Arts and Business South East.  Arts and Business is a national organisation which delivers a wide range of bespoke services and programmes working with both the commercial and cultural sectors to encourage private sector support of the arts.  Arts and Business has over 30 years of experience in fostering innovative partnerships between business and the arts and at the heart of their work is the belief that the arts have the power to transform and change lives on both an individual and corporate level.  For more information see www.aandb.org.uk

DEBORAH GELLNER has spent over 20 years as a social welfare solicitor, specialising in homelessness and the housing problems of the mentally ill and immigrants and asylum seekers. Her work has been based based mainly in the challenging area of Hackney, London. Deborah also help found and organises the Small Festival cultural arts based annual event.

CREATIVE FUTURE ADVISORY PANEL
The Advisory Panel is made up of 5 service users which change over time.  The panel elect a representative to attend board meetings.
