After five amazing years, today we say farewell to our Director, Jane McMorrow, who leaves Creative Future to pursue other opportunities.
Jane’s hard work and tireless efforts created a new, thriving arts & health strand and achieved a long-standing goal of Creative Future joining the Arts Council National Portfolio. She also steered the organisation through the pandemic, with it emerging stronger than ever with new online offerings.
Jane also built new partnerships and networks which have widened our reach and voice in championing the talents of underrepresented creatives across the UK. Her enthusiasm and commitment for what we do and who we do it for have helped us reach hundreds of people nationwide, often in life-changing ways.
We wish her all the best success in the future.
“It’s been a wonderful five years with Creative Future. The team are incredible and the best part of the role has been working with them and achieving so much even through the uncertainties of the pandemic. Creative Future is an extraordinary organisation delivering amazing work over the past 16 years, and I am excited to see it grow with support from Arts Council England in place. I am thrilled to hand the role of CEO to Rose Kigwana. She brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and experience and I can’t wait to see where she will take the organisation next.”
